Rail Express will be published by Morton Media Group, following a move from Foursight Publications. It joins Morton’s portfolio of heritage outlets, which includes Heritage Railway and Heritage Commercials. Gareth Bayer, formerly assistant editor at Rail Express, will take on the editor position at the publisher’s Horncastle location, taking over from Philip Sutton.
