Raymond James has appointed Grayling to handle its corporate communications programme in the UK and Europe for both its Raymond James Investment Services (“RJIS”) and European capital markets businesses.

The communications programme will support the growth of Raymond James in the UK and Europe by driving greater awareness and understanding of the firm's propositions, both as an international wealth manager and as a capital markets expert. The account will be led by Sophia Harrison, director of Grayling’s financial and professional services team, reporting to Cynthia Poole, director of relationship management and business support at RJIS and to Mark Abbott, director of European equities, Raymond James Capital Markets.

This follows the recent announcement of Peter Moores, CEO of RJIS, becoming United Kingdom country manager to oversee all of Raymond James’ business activities in the country.
