The Retail Bulletin has appointed Matthew Valentine as editor.

Current editor, Mark Higgins, will move across to “work on the redesign and relaunch of a recent acquisition in the retail technology arena”.

Valentine was previously editor of In-Store magazine which recently moved to be online only at www.instorenews.co.uk.

Rosie Baker has become the online editor of In-Store and the main contact for the site, which specialises in breaking retail marketing and design stories to an audience of retailers, brands and service companies.
