MCV (UK) magazine has unveiled its redesign with the latest issue. Along with a revamp of font and headline style, additional features include 'Big Game', which looks at just-released titles in depth; 'Insight', featuring those working in the gaming industry; 'Margin Makers', looking at merchandise spin-offs from big games, and an expanded 'International' section.
Other changes include a departure from mini-previews previously used in the magazine, and a more analytical approach to breaking news to support stories being posted on the MCV website.
This week's special E3 issue features gaming brands Call of Duty, Rabbids and Minecraft.
Editor Chris Dring said of the revamp: "The MCV you hold in your hand is a reevaluation of everything that we were putting into the magazine". The title's design was previously updated in 2010.
