Royal editor appointed at News of The World

The News of the World has appointed Robert Jobson as royal editor.

Jobson, currently royal correspondent at The Evening Standard, will replace Clive Goodman, who now writes for the Daily Star Sunday.

Jobson’s start date has not yet been confirmed.

The News of the World is published every Sunday by News International and has a circulation figure of 3,218,867.
