Rumpus PR has appointed Richard Wilson as PR executive for its B2B team, and has also won a number of clients.

Wilson is formerly of Grayling North, where he handled PR for a range of financial, construction and education companies.

Rumpus has also been appointed by North East care centre group Key Healthcare, which has tasked the agency with developing a strategic communications plan to develop its reputation among potential residents, targeting various trade sectors to gain visibility and position them as dementia specialists.

The Rumpus team is also working with Classic Catering, a manufacturer and distributor of specialist patisserie in the UK. The agency will communicate its positive messages as the company undergoes a rebrand and relaunch to become Destiny Foods.
