The Salford Star is to relaunch in print in September, five years after closing its print edition.

The change from web-only back to print has been made possible after the title received more than £10,000 of donations. There will be at least two new issues.

The tabloid-format magazine will be delivered to homes and distributed throughout the city, with a circulation of 20,000.
