Legal Eagle draws upon expertise from www.forwarderlaw.com, a network of freight industry lawyers, to look at a range of case law related to recent incidents and court cases and to highlight the sort of small print and/or inconsistencies that can cause problems when there are disputes about liability when problems arise.
