South Bank Show ends

The South Bank Show will air for the last time in the middle of 2010, following Melvyn Bragg’s decision to leave ITV.

The arts programme features profiles and interviews with artists, writers, actors, authors and comedians. It has been broadcast for 31 years, originally appearing in 1978.
