Spratling leaves Reader’s Digest

Chris Spratling has left as chief executive of Reader’s Digest UK. His departure comes only three months after negotiations to save the publication from administration.

Vivat Direct, Reader’s Digest’s new publisher, will appoint an interim chief executive. Formerly sales and marketing director at Future, Spratling will take time off before taking up a new role in the media industry.
