Grayling has appointed three members of staff to its senior team.

Chris Owen joins from Octopus Communications and will lead the agency's technology practice. He will focus on key growth areas including mobile, advertising, broadcast, start-ups and consumer tech.

Alan Boyd-Hall joins the public affairs team as director of planning and infrastructure, returning to Grayling after 15 months at National Grid.

Louise Bucknall will lead the Grayling Midlands office, providing senior counsel to clients and expanding the Midlands client base.
