Jim Pickard, formerly property correspondent at the Financial Times, is now UK political correspondent. He replaces Chris Adams who was appointed leader writer at the FT.

Norma Cohen, previously senior companies reporter, UK companies desk at the FT, is now economics correspondent, replacing Scheherazade Daneshkhu.

Elizabeth Colman, personal finance reporter at The Times, is leaving to join The Sunday Times as a reporter on their money section on 28 January.

Grainne Gilmore, deputy personal finance editor at The Times, has been appointed economics correspondent, starting on 21 January.
