Staff changes at the Grantham Journal

The Grantham Journal has promoted Bob Hart to the role of assistant editor.

Hart, who was previously chief reporter at the weekly paper, replaces veteran reporter John Pinchbeck, who has retired from his role as news editor.

Pinchbeck is the author of two books on the history of Grantham, produced in association with the Journal. More books are due for publication in the coming months.

Graham Newton has been promoted to the role of chief sub editor.

The Grantham Journal is published on Fridays, by Welland Valley Newspapers, and has a circulation of 21,013.
