Staff restructure at The Whitehouse Consultancy

The Whitehouse Consultancy has made a series of appointments and internal promotions.
Emma Carr leaves her role as associate director to become managing director, while former associate director Carl Thomson has been appointed to the role of director. Founder Chris Whitehouse will become chairman.
Peter Shand and George Paterson have been promoted from monitoring and research executives to junior political consultants, while Julia Ogiehor leaves the Advertising Association for the same role. In addition, Ben Chiu joins as a monitoring and research executive, and Luke de Pulford as executive assistant to Chris Whitehouse.
