Step One for Training Initiative at Integrated Agency

One Marketing Communications has inaugurated its new training programme Stepping StONEs by welcoming new PR recruit Chris Marmion as the first member of staff to take part in the scheme.

Chris joins the expanding PR team at the Sale-based integrated marketing agency, and will be working on a number of high-profile clients such as Taylor Wimpey, Moduleo, Hoover Candy and many more.

The Stepping StONEs programme has been specially designed to provide a comprehensive range of key skills across advertising, digital, PR and creative disciplines. As well as providing solid basic training for all new junior members of staff, Stepping StONEs will also provide a formalised range of activity for the work experience and apprenticeship roles which One is committed to. Beyond this, it is structured in such a way that it can also be scaled up to complement the skills base of more senior members of the team.
