STV has announced the launch of Scotland Tonight, a news and current affairs programme for Scotland.

Set to air later on this year, the programme will be broadcast live Monday to Thursday at 10:30pm and will give viewers across Scotland a closer look at the day’s news as well as sport, politics, business, art, entertainment, live guests and special features.

Scotland Tonight will be produced and presented from STV’s news centres in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen.

This programme will be added to FeaturesExec upon its launch.
