IPC is to launch SuperYacht World, a bimonthly consumer magazine with information about the world’s finest yachts and the accompanying lifestyles of their owners.
The magazine aims to help readers choose everything from the best charter vessel for the holiday of a lifetime, to designer watches made out of recycled steel from the Titanic.
The launch is being spearheaded by writers including Michael Howorth, David Glenn, Phil Draper and Alan Harper.
Editor in chief Hugo Andreae said: “We aim to bring some much-needed excitement and innovation to the world of superyacht magazines. Thanks to the calibre of writers and photographers contributing to SuperYacht World, our readers will be able to share in the privilege of being on board the world’s finest yachts.”
The first issue of SuperYacht World goes on sale from the first week of May with a cover price of £5. In addition, the SuperYacht World website can be viewed at www.superyachtworld.com and is part of YBW.com.
