T3 appoints editor-in-chief

Future has promoted T3’s online editor Kieran Alger to editor-in-chief of the technology title, effective immediately.

Alger joined T3 in 2008 and has been a senior member of the team that has driven the recent development of the magazine and website, with his focus being on T3’s online presence. He had previously worked at Bauer and AOL.

Future said Alger’s knowledge and experience of T3’s digital presence make him perfect for the role as the publisher continues its transition towards becoming a predominantly digital business.
