T3 revamped for iPad3

The iPad edition of T3, Future Publishing’s consumer technology title, is now punchier, cleaner and more vibrant than ever after a full optimisation inspired by the clarity of the recently released third-generation iPad.

The improved edition exploits the iPad 3’s Retina screen, allowing T3 to transform its iPad edition to create a new kind of digital magazine, says Future.

With higher colour contrast and display resolution, T3’s product photography now looks better on an iPad 3 screen than it does in print. Text is sharper, page design cleaner, illustrations more vibrant and bespoke T3 video punchier, while even 360-degree product 'hands-on' reviews have been improved.

Luke Peters, T3 editor, said: “With the entire edition optimised from top to bottom, T3 has never looked better. The team has also worked hard to keep download times to a minimum – a key factor in our reader research.”

The first edition of the upgraded edition was published to Apple’s Newsstand on 24th May. It is available through an introductory offer for a limited period for £1.99 (usual price £2.99).
