Teen programming changes at Radio 1

Kelly Osbourne and BBC Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac will become the new hosts of BBC Radio 1’s Surgery.

Further programming changes at Radio 1 mean that every Sunday from 7pm to midnight will now be devoted to teen programming.

Radio 1 Controller Andy Parfitt said: “It’s important that we keep up the pace of change and innovation both on air and online. This simplifies and strengthens Radio 1 and is an important step in providing programmes focused on the under 18
