The Commercial Kitchen, an online magazine for the commercial catering sector, will launch Wednesday 16 February under the editorship of Paul Andrews.
The title will promote any and all features, news, celebrity chefs, cookbooks, equipment, food and drink associated with the commercial catering sector.
Andrews, editor of GENERATION Magazine and the director of The Family Business Place, is looking to source news and stories from chefs, cooks, food manufacturers, equipment suppliers and matters of interest from anyone working within the commercial catering environment.
The title will be added to FeaturesExec shortly.
