The editor of Western Daily Press to step down in February

Western Daily Press's Ian Mean will serve his last day as editor at the newspaper in February.

A replacement for Mean at Western Daily Press has not yet been confirmed. Until an appointment is made Mike Norton will have overall responsibility for the newspaper in his role as senior editorial director for Bristol and Bath.

Ian Mean has previously worked as content director for Local World’s Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Dorset titles and editor at The Citizen (Gloucester)
