The Some Comms Awards 2011 winners announced.

The 2011 Some Comms Awards took place on Wednesday 19 October at The Hilton, Manchester Deansgate.

The awards are now in their second year and celebrate the best in social media marketing across the UK.

Claiming the award for Best Low Budget Campaign was Manchester PR and social media agency Smoking Gun for its six-month long campaign for healthy food brand Panda Liquorice, entitled ‘Giving Nasties the Blues’.

Double winners included Kindred Agency who scooped the awards for Best use of Facebook and Best Use of Social Media for its ‘make mine Milk’ campaign, whilst Pegasus PR was recognised in both the Private Sector and Best Community Engagement categories for its My Pet Superstar campaign with Bayer Animal Health.
