The Travel Channel will launch The Holiday Show on 15 January.

Airing twice a week on Mondays and Friday nights, the programme will feature a mix of chat and analysis of the latest travel trends.

The show’s Monday slot is an half-hour magazine programme dedicated to examining the latest developments and trends in holiday travel. This segment will explore consumer issues such as booking flights and travel with children. It will also feature interviews and advice from various travel specialists, writers and explorers.

The Friday segment of The Holiday Show explores travel from a celebrity angle, and will feature various stars and writers as guests. It will also examine some of the week’s more offbeat travel stories.
