The Times has closed its original website, TimesOnline.

From today, thetimes.co.uk will be the website for the Monday to Saturday editions of the paper and sundaytimes.co.uk will be the website for the Sunday Times.

News International implemented a paywall at the start of this month, requiring visitors to the site to pay a daily or weekly charge to read the online articles.
