Clyde and Forth Media has promoted Tom McConigley to editorial manager, leading its 15 titles across Scotland.

McConigley was previously editorial manager of the Clyde Weekly Press, and before then editor of the Greenock Telegraph and the Paisley and Renfrewshire Gazette.
