Triggerfish Communications strengthens team with appointments and promotions

Specialist hospitality PR agency Triggerfish Communications has made considerable changes to its team following recent client wins, involving the promotions of Victoria Smith, Beth Hunt and Sanna Albinsson, as well as the appointment of Hemani Seda.

Victoria Smith joined the company in May 2010; previously account and social media executive at Triggerfish, Smtih was responsible for introducing a number of clients to the use of online communities as a tactic to raise their profile, network and gain new business contacts. She will now take on the role of account manager, supporting and managing all members of the Triggerfish team.

Beth Hunt joined Triggerfish in August last year after finishing university and working for hotel group Menzies Hotels. 11 months after joining the team, she has now been promoted to account executive from her role as PR assistant; her new position will see her communicating key messages on behalf of the company’s clients in order to establish goodwill and understanding between the client and its public.

Sanna Albinsson, who has been with Triggerfish as an intern for three months, has been promoted to PR assistant and will help support the team to communicate key messages on behalf of their clients. Albinsson recently graduated from Jönköping University, Sweden, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science with a major in Media & Communications Science.

Following the maternity leave of Paola Cubillos, account manager at Triggerfish, Hemani Seda, previously event coordinator at UBM, has been appointed as account executive. Seda joins the team with extensive knowledge of the event industry and has six years of experience in event development, client management, marketing and sales.

Andrew White, managing director at Triggerfish Communications, said: “We are very excited about the new changes to our team of dedicated professionals and we are now able to take on our recent client wins with added strength and expertise. Recognising the assets within our company, we look forward to continuing to nurture the team’s talent and further strengthen our position in the industry.”
