Two appointments at BBC Newsnight
BBC Newsnight has appointed Katie Razzall as special correspondent and Olly Lambert as the programme's first filmaker in residence.
Razzall is a reporter at Channel 4 News, having joined the network in 1999 as a producer. At Newsnight she will cover a wide range of subjects from lighter stories to reportage of social issues and will lead the programme's religion, legal affairs and disability issues coverage. She can be found tweeting @katierazz.
Lambert is a documentary maker, directing films including 'Syria: Across The Lines', 'The Tea Boy of Gaza' and 'My Child The Rioter'. He will join Newsnight for three months and can be found tweeting @ollylambert.
