UBM sells Property Week to Metropolis International

UBM (United Business Media) has agreed to sell its property industry magazine Property Week to business publishing group Metropolis International.

Property Week joins a group which includes Packaging News, Laboratory News and AV Magazine. The sale includes the print magazine and related products, and will see 35 staff transfer from UBM to Metropolis.
