Sainsbury’s Magazine has appointed Victoria Riedl as beauty editor.

Riedl will be working on a freelance basis and has been tasked with revamping the magazine’s beauty pages with a new look, as well as sharing the expert tips and tricks she has picked up from her many years working in the beauty industry.

Riedl had been beauty editor of fashion magazine ELLE UK since 2006 before taking on her new role. She also worked as beauty editor of InStyle magazine and prior to this, worked for New Woman. In addition Riedl has had work published in The Times and the London Evening Standard, and has written trend reports for cosmetic brands including Bobbi Brown and Aveda.

Sainsbury’s Magazine is a food and lifestyle customer magazine offering recipes, food photography, and a lifestyle section which includes fashion, beauty, homes, travel and health. It is available in Sainsbury’s stores.
