Walker returns to BBC Radio Manchester for Drivetime

BBC Radio Manchester has hired its former mid-morning presenter Sam Walker as host of the station's afternoon Drivetime show.

Walker currently works at BBC Radio 5 live and will continue to appear on the national station when she returns to BBC Radio Manchester in February 2015. She replaces Phil Trow who is moving to Breakfast with Alison Butterworth as part of a shake-up of the station's schedule.
