Capella PR, has been appointed by Waterhouse Young, a luxury non-surgical aesthetic clinic based in Marylebone, to raise awareness of the newly opened facility and differentiate its service offering in the high-end beauty market.
Founded by two highly-respected surgeons, Norman Waterhouse and Richard Young, Waterhouse Young specialises in the latest and most advanced non-surgical skin treatments including Botox, HydraFacials, derma-rolling and Obagi. All treatments are administered by registered aesthetic doctors and nurses to ensure clients receive the highest standard of care.
Capella PR will manage the clinics’ media relations activities, taking its story beyond the beauty and lifestyle pages and onto the news and feature pages. The on and offline media relations programme will be supported by social media and influencer communications. Activities start in October, and the account will be led by senior account director, Nia Evans.
Peter Sychta, founder and CEO at Waterhouse Young said: “We have ambitious growth plans for Waterhouse Young and we wanted an agency that could think beyond traditional PR tactics to have a real impact on our business. Capella provided a holistic approach to our communication challenges and opportunities, which was exactly right for us.”
Nia Evans, senior account director at Capella PR said: “Waterhouse Young provides the gold standard in skin care, anti-ageing treatments and patient care and we’re excited to be on board to help share the story. At a time when the beauty industry is under increasing scrutiny, our role is to ensure Waterhouse Young is clearly differentiated and the number one choice for high networths who care about their skin.”
