Weeklies go free in West London

A series of Trinity titles in West London are to be renamed and distributed free from this week.

The Kensington & Chelsea News will now become the Kensington & Chelsea Chronicle and the Paddington, Marylebone & Pimlico Mercury will now become the Westminster Chronicle. The latter will be part-free, part-paid-for. The Kensington & Chelsea Chronicle and sister title Hammersmith & Fulham Chronicle will be completely free.

The London Informer, also part of the group, will close.
