David Wells, the FT’s international companies news editor, is leaving the paper on 11 July.

Wells will join investment bank JPMorgan as head of marketing and communications for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He’ll be based in London.

The Financial Times has not yet announced a replacement international companies news editor.
