Westgate Communications has been appointed by leadership and performance acceleration consultancy First100 Ltd.

The Kent-based agency is to implement a corporate profile raising public relations programme for First100. Established in 2004, it specialises in business leadership development and focuses on accelerating leadership performance in the first 100 days of a new appointment, as well as during times of organisational change, new team formations and internal promotions.

Senior account director, Jo Field, will lead the account.
