Whiteoaks, a B2B technology consultancy, has expanded its international public relations network, Whiteoaks International Network (WIN).

The agency has added local partners in India and South East Asia, in addition to securing partnerships in existing territories, including 3d Communication in France and Fortis PR in Germany. It also recently added Communication WAVE in Korea and Mutual PR in India.

Whiteoaks now has 22 partner offices that provide public relation services in 69 countries.
