Wine trade title relaunch

William Reed has merged Harpers and Wine & Spirit to create a new magazine that combines the strengths of both titles.

Named Harpers Wine & Spirit Trades Review the new-look magazine is to be relaunched as a fortnightly publication on 20 February.

There will be increased pagination and more in-depth coverage of news, views, analysis and features.

The new title will be edited by Richard Siddle, the current editor of Harpers.

He will be joined by managing editor Claire Hu, who was previously deputy editor of Wine & Spirit and drinks editor on The Grocer.

The team will also include a reporter/features writers and news editor and an editorial advisory board drawn from key trade figures.
