Wired magazine iPad edition goes monthly

Condé Nast’s UK iPad edition of Wired magazine has increased its frequency to monthly starting with the May issue.

Wired launched the iPad edition with their December 2010 issue in November.

Condé Nast has worked with Adobe to improve navigation and enhance multimedia following user feedback from the pilot.

The May iPad issue contains exclusive content including a video of biometric robot penguins, exclusive in-game clips from action computer game ‘Uncharted 3’, animated infographics, and photo slideshows. It will also feature all the content in the May print issue including how to turn art into data, and why failure is the future of business, with a contribution by Alan Sugar.
