IPC’s Woman magazine has secured exclusive coverage of Loose Woman star Coleen Nolan’s wedding.

The move into celebrity event coverage by the magazine is a first for the magazine. The wedding is featured over an 11 page spread and was written up by ten editorial staff within 24 hours of the event.

Woman editor, Jackie Hatton, said: “Our coverage of Coleen’s wedding has challenged an unofficial ‘monopoly’ by certain magazine’s that has existed for years. But it’s just the beginning for us and we have a number of forthcoming exclusives that are goign to change perceptions of the title even further and excite a broader cross-section of readers.”

The edition featuring the wedding went on sale on 13 November.
