Yodel hires Berkeley PR to showcase change
The brief aims to rebuild and reposition the delivery brand following the appointment of a new management team. Berkeley PR will work alongside the in-house function to increase Yodel’s share of voice in the industry and redress lingering perceptions among media and consumers about poor service levels, which date back to the period of integration.
Yodel was formed following the acquisition of DHL Domestic by Home Delivery Network in 2010 and the physical integration of the two companies was completed in 2012.
The Berkeley PR team is led by director of strategy Pat Southwell and associate directors Hannah Brice and Louise Burke, who will report to Yodel’s Sarah Barnes, head of PR and external communications
