Dance music promotions company, Your Army, has launched a Global Press & Online Services division.

Joining the company as head of press is John Power, former press manager at Name PR where he worked on consumer and trade campaigns for a wide number of music industry clients.

Dan Kinasz has been appointed as club promotions manager. Formerly of PromoOne, Kinasz has previously worked on promo campaigns for some of the biggest names in dance music including David Guetta, DJ Hell and Harry ‘Choo Choo’ Romero.

Kinasz will occupy the position formerly held by Christian Nockall, who has been promoted to head of radio following recent successes such as the Radio 1 A-Listing of Katy B’s Katy On A Mission and the continued growth of Your Army’s plugging department.

Founded in 2007 by James Pitt, Your Army has worked on campaigns with artists such as Robyn, The Prodigy, Simian Mobile Disco, The Count & Sinden and Wiley.
