Online sex toy retailer LoveHoney.co.uk has launched a unique sex blog on which a couple will give a blow-by-blow account of their sex life for 30 days.

In June, LoveHoney advertised for a sexually active couple who were prepared to test a new pill designed to change the taste of semen. More than 2,500 couples applied and LoveHoney chose British couple Maya and Shane to take part in the 30-day trial.

From 12 September, 30-year-old Maya will keep an online diary in a Sperm Tester Blog to provide a detailed daily report on how 34-year-old Shane’s sexual fluids change flavour.

“It was my idea to take part in the project as I thought it would be fun,” says Maya, a PA. “When I suggested it Shane thought it was a cool idea – not a moment of hesitation. Of course this probably had lots to do with the fact that he would be on the receiving end of my expert oral skills!”

The test product is a pill which is taken as a twice a day for 30 days and claims to mask the traditionally salty taste of male ejaculate with a refreshing apple-like flavour. The Sperm Testers Maya and Shane will find out whether it works.
