In keeping with the company’s reputation for producing distinctive and original organic breakfast cereals, Nature’s Path is introducing a range of four delicious instant hot oat cereals into the UK. Up until now, the convenience of single serve, hot oats cereal has not been available for consumers who prefer to choose organic.

Maple Hazelnut, Blueberry & Flax, Apple & Cinnamon and Flax & Oats will be available initially in independent health food stores. The cereals are quick and easy to prepare – either by mixing with boiling water from a kettle or using a combination of milk and water and heating in the microwave. The cereals combine the wholesome nutrition of organic oats with the convenience of single serve, speedy preparation. Containing 100% whole grain goodness, high in fibre and with complex carbohydrates, the cereals provide a wholesome, energising start to the day. The hot cereals will retail at £2.99 for a box of six, 35g sachets.

Consumer Interest in organic foods is growing rapidly (according to the Soil Association, sales of organic products in the UK reached £1.6 billion last year – a 30% increase on the previous year) and the ongoing debate on genetically modified foods is likely to attract more and more consumers to switch to organic breakfast cereals. What’s more, heightened awareness of the benefits of whole grains means that organic breakfast cereals are already starting to appeal to a wider audience.

Nature’s Path organic oats are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or genetically modified organisms and no chemical additives or preservatives are used as ingredients.
