The price you pay per release depends on your distribution choices:

• Source Wire (green categories) OR Reponse Source (yellow categories)
• Source Wire (green categories) AND Reponse Source (yellow categories)
• Images or other attachments
• Priority distribution

* This price covers as many categories as you wish from EITHER Source Wire OR Response Source.
** This prices covers as many categories as you wish from BOTH Source Wire AND Response Source.

All prices are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

There are two press release wires available. You will be charged for each press release wire that your press release is sent to.

SourceWire is for technology and finance releases, while the Response Source Press Release Wire covers all other business and consumer areas.

You select which categories you require and are charged accordingly. For an additional charge you can opt for priority distribution, which means your release will be processed more rapidly, usually within 15 minutes.

Please be considerate with your category selection. Sending press releases to media recipients in categories unrelated to the subject of your press release is more likely to damage your credibility than secure column inches.

• You will be billed at £45.00 (or £60.00 if you select 'Priority') for EACH Press Release Wire used (Response Source Press Release Wire or SourceWire Press Release Wire). You can tell which wire(s) you have selected by the colour of the subject categories below. There is a discount for selecting categories in both wires. All prices exclude VAT.
• Media Attachment files (images, documents) cost an additional £20 each.
• We aim to have standard releases processed within three hours. These commitments apply weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 GMT/BST.
• Releases submitted outside of office hours will be processed the next working day.
• Releases more than three days old will not be emailed.
