Hurbert Burda Media has confirmed its acquisition of Immediate Media Co. from Exponent and Management.
Immediate Media Co. is the home of brands including Radio Times, olive, Lonely Planet Traveller, and You & Your Wedding, while Hurbert Burda Media’s UK media brands include Wedding and Your Home.
