What is being announced today?
ResponseSource has been acquired by Access Intelligence Plc, the company behind communications software provider, Vuelio.
Who are Access Intelligence / Vuelio?
Access Intelligence Plc is the parent company of Software as a Service businesses providing corporate communications and reputation management software. Following the acquisition of Cision UK and Vocus UK in 2015, Access have transformed a portfolio business with interests in compliance and risk management into a streamlined operation which trades under the Vuelio brand. The Vuelio offering is an integrated communications management platform that helps communications professionals identify, engage, monitor and understand their communications activities. It combines solutions for public relations, public affairs, stakeholder relations and influencer marketing.
What does this mean for customers?
It’ll be business as usual for now and we will soon be able to offer you a wider range of PR and stakeholder engagement tools such as media monitoring, analysis and influencer data.
Combining forces with Vuelio we’ll be innovating and building valuable services that work even better for you and shape the future of the communications industry.
There will be no immediate changes to your services and we’ll be keeping you informed with regular updates and opportunities to feedback in the coming months as our plans develop.
What will happen to ResponseSource services?
There won’t be any immediate changes. While it is too soon to say exactly what will happen, we will be working on integrating ResponseSource and Vuelio services into a new platform.
Who do I pay if I already have an invoice?
Please pay ResponseSource Ltd as per instructed on the invoice.
I just switched from Vuelio to ResponseSource, what now?
Nothing will change just yet and we’ll be working with our customers to build an integrated platform that better serves your needs. We’ll keep you informed of any changes and opportunities to provide feedback over the coming months.
Has my account manager changed?

Does this affect the terms and conditions of my subscription with you?
This does not affect the terms of your subscription with ResponseSource. Any future changes to terms and conditions will be communicated well in advance.
