How do I get added to my company’s account to receive enquiries?

Simply email with your full name and we’ll set you up. You can also set up accounts for your colleagues by including their full names and email addresses.

Can I suspend my ResponseSource account while I’m on holiday?

Login to ResponseSource and click on My Account. Scroll down to the 'Email Control' box, select 'hold my enquiries until' and choose the date you want delivery to resume, then click update and have a good holiday.

My colleague has left, how do I remove them from our account?

Send an email to with their details and we’ll remove them for you.
