Jemm launches third radio station
Jemm Media Group has launched its third online radio station, JemmThree.
The station, which began broadcasting on 29 May, showcases music from stage and screen with a focus on contemporary West End and Broadway shows.
Stephen Beeny, JemmThree's head of music, said: “We’ll have interviews with emerging new composers and feature exclusive tracks from their shows – in our first week we’re featuring the radio premiere of tracks from the new musical, The Confession Room, by emerging composer Dan Looney.”
The station joins JemmTwo, which launched earlier last month and is dedicated to modern rock and indie music and aimed at festival-goers and JemmOne, which began broadcasting in April and covers pop and dance music.
Robin Crowley is managing director of the Jemm stations and was previously programme controller of GaydarRadio.
