The Mobile Network launches
Mobile journalist Keith Dyer has launched The Mobile Network, a title covering the companies and technologies that are driving mobile network development.
The Mobile Network can be found at www.the-mobile-network.com, and also produces a quarterly print issue, TMN Quarterly the first issue of which can be viewed here. Additionally, readers can sign up now to receive a weekly newsletter Inside The Mobile Network.
Dyer, editor and founder, said: “Our tagline is 'making sense of the world's mobile networks' and that's exactly what we're about. There's a lot of change in the mobile industry at the moment and that's driving a shift of relationships and some confusion as well. There's a need for content that clearly explains what companies do, how they are connected to each other, and how mobile networks are being developed. We aim to do that.”
The Mobile Network plans to build up a number of channels and resources, and will be announcing a range of developments throughout 2013.
“We've already had a great response to our launch, in particular our print issue, and look forward to working with the industry to develop our future plans.” Shahid Ramzan, director and founder, said. “Our aim is to build a resource for all those working to develop mobile and wireless networks.”
