Saltwater Communications, a maritime PR agency, has been appointed by a number of clients since the start of the year.

Flying Fish Hovercraft has apopointed Saltwater to handle the Hovercraft manufacturer's entry into the superyacht tender and commercial workboat markets. 

The agency has also won the media buying for International Paint, a marine coatings company, together with Ultrasonic Works’ public relations in both leisure and commercial shipping. 

Saltwater will also be supporting the global PR for Cobham SATCOM, the satellite communication strategic business unit of Cobham. This development follows Cobham’s acquisition of Danish satellite and radio communications specialist, Thrane & Thrane; a Saltwater PR and content services client for over five years.

Astrium is also now on the Saltwater client roster, following its acquisition of Marlink and Vizada Networks, two of Saltwater’s Norwegian clients that provide satellite communication at sea and on land respectively.
